We constantly refresh this data to ensure it is up to date at all times by deploying ‘pre-screeners’ prior to client screeners to collect or reconfirm data relevant to those surveys.
We include questions within the panel member website, after members have finished surveys, and as part of pre-screeners, to ensure it reflects the most up to date information.
We know we can’t eradicate screen outs, but by minimising them it means less frustration from respondents and a more positive experience is expected which in turn increases engagement and future response rates.
